Content Creator & Social Media Manager with a flair for PR and customer service.

Are you creative, structured, and passionate about social media, content, and communication?
Then you might be who we're looking for!

We are looking for a versatile profile who can take responsibility for our digital presence, create engaging content, and at the same time be the link to our customers – both online
and in our store & showroom.

Your primary tasks:

• Planning, production, and publishing of content for our social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Responsibility for the daily operation and development of our social media channels
• Development of content strategies and campaigns
• PR work and collaboration with influencers and ambassadors
• Seeking and maintaining relationships with relevant influencers
• Handling customer service via email, phone, social media, and possibly chat
• Serving and advising customers in the store & showroom
• Active participation in our omnichannel approach, where we create a cohesive customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints
• Performance analysis and optimization of efforts
  
  

We imagine that you:

• Have experience with content creation and social media
• Are creative and have a good visual understanding
• Have knowledge of influencer marketing and PR
• Are good at communicating – both in writing and orally
• Thrive with customer contact both physically and and digitally
• Can navigate a role where you are both on the floor in the store/showroom and work strategically with online presence
• Work structured and independently
• Have a proactive approach and take initiative

Practical information:
The position is full-time and with a start as soon as possible. Interviews will be held
on an ongoing basis.
