WHERE WE SUPPORT

In 2021 we entered a long-term partnership with The Plastic Bank. We have donated $10,000 USD and Throughout this year, we will help remove 20,000 kg of plastic from the oceans.

A BETTER ALTERNATIVE

It's important to us to support charities and collaborate with people who have the same intention as our own: to reduce consumption, think about waste/minimizing waste and leftovers.

We hope that the FMGC industry will start thinking about unnecessary over-consumption, how we can recycle materials, and how we can restructure the processes in the value chain, by implementing more responsible initiatives.

WHY PLASTIC BANK?

We support Plastic Bank, which is a charity Plastic Bank that sets up recycling ecosystems in countries that lack sufficient disposal infrastructure and have high rates of pollution and poverty. Plastic Bank Collectors receive a premium for the materials they collect to better help them provide basic family necessities such as groceries, school tuition, and health insurance.

We are SO proud of our collaboration and we are so happy to be able to support such an important organization. If the extermination of ocean species continue, there will be no more left in 2050 - SO JOIN US. Let's make a difference!

This is Indonesia and at the moment, the country is the world's second-largest plastic polluter.

Through our partnership with Plastic Bank, we transform plastic into an economic resource. Therefore, we strive to clean up plastic waste and turn it into an economic resource in the form of creating social environments, recycling plastic into products and inspiring others.

The beaches where there is a lack of waste infrastructure are the most affected in the world. The once pristine beaches are now completely covered in rubbish.

For this reason, we want to come with solutions and not further contribute to this global problem.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Plastic Bank hosts events around the world, where you collect plastic from the oceans and everyone can participate.

By attending these events, you get $2 for every kilo of plastic you pick up from the oceans. In other words, social gatherings and jobs are created.

Plastic Bank recycles and process the plastic into new raw material feedstock called Social Plastic which can be purchased by manufacturers to produce more environmentally and socially ethical products.
