Which countries do you ship too?

We ship to all countries within the EU.

What is your shipping price?

Our shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on your chosen delivery address. The shipping cost depends on the provider and service you select.

What are your delivery options and prices?

- Shipping and Delivery within the EU Standard delivery time: 2-6 business days For Germany, Holland, Belgium and Sweden we offer free shipping with GLS with orders over €139 - Shipping and Delivery outside the EU Standard delivery time: 2-6 business days. On orders outside EU, you will be required to pay duties + taxes when your parcel arrives in your country. How long can I expect to wait for my order?

Standard delivery time: 2-6 business days within the EU.

What do I do if my product is defect?

If your item is defect, please contact info@basicapparel.dk. From here, the case is processed directly with our customer service.
