How do I return my item(s)?

All international returns must be sent to the following address.

Note: We do not accept any liability for the return package before it is in our possession.

Drop the return parcel in your local postal office.

Once we have received the parcel and reviewed for its content, the amount will be credited to the account used for the purchase. For returns, please note that the return shipping will not be reimbursed. Returns are free in Denmark.

What are your delivery options and prices?

Standard delivery time: 2-6 business days

Shipping costs: 13 EUR

- Shipping and Delivery outside the
EU

Standard delivery time: 2-6 business days.

On orders outside EU, you will be required to pay duties + taxes when your parcel arrives in your country.

How long can I expect to wait for my order?

Can I make an exchange?

We have a 14-day return policy. If you want to make an exhange, you have to make a new order.

Can I return my order and get my money back?

Once your return has reached our warehouse, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the fund to appear in your account.

How do I use a discount code?

You enter your discount code or gift card at checkout. Here a small box will appear where it says Add a discount code - click or tap Apply.

What do I do if my product is defect?

If your item is defect, please contact info@basicapparel.dk. From here, the case is processed directly with our customer service.

How do I know that the product I am buying is GOTS certified?

All our products that are GOTS-certified will have a small green "GOTS" logo at the bottom of the product page.
In addition, all our products that are GOTS-certified will be marked with "ECOLOGICAL".

Can I apply two discount codes?

No, unfortunately, as our system can not do that.

Can I use a gift card AND a discount code?

Yes. First you enter your discount code and tap apply. Then you can enter your gift card code and tap apply.
